Download The Course Materials & Present Your Course.
Access your course outline and PowerPoint Presentation and present your course in the classroom or online if available.
Upon Completing Your Course, Log In to Your Portal & Confirm Attendance.
Select all of the agents who attended your course and mark them as attended. Certificates will be sent automatically.

What is Required for Approval in My State?

Typically there is an instructor application which must be completed. A resume or bio may also be required for submission. Upon registration you will be notified of all requirements for your state.

How Long Does It Take To Get Started with the Program?

In most states it takes 30 - 90 days for approval. Some states can take longer depending upon the approval process.

Can I Submit My Own Courses For Approval?

Yes. Preferred Systems can review your course content and determine if it will meet state standards.  If it is deemed an appropriate topic, PSI will work with you on gaining approval in your state for an additional fee (if applicable).  Please contact us regarding your course for the options we have available to you.

Can I Teach Online?

Your ability to teach courses online depends on your state. Each state has different rules regarding the approval of courses that can be taught online. If you are interested in teaching online, please contact us to determine the availability in your state. A Zoom Pro account with the Webinar Add-On is required for teaching online.

How Many Instructors Are Included With the Program?

Two instructors are included with the program. You can add additional instructors for an additional fee.  If you need additional instructors, please contact us for pricing in your state.

Can I Become an Instructor in More Than One State?

The program includes instructor approval in up to two states. If you want to teach in additional states, please contact us for pricing. You will be required to submit documentation for each state in which you are requesting approval.

Can I Have Exclusivity in My Area?

While we don't offer exclusivity, participation in each market is limited and we monitor this based on a number factors. Our goal is to ensure that the program does not become saturated in any one area of the country.

Are There Any Additional Fees?

The program fee includes everything you need to start teaching continuing education courses. There is no limit to the number of courses you can schedule. If any additional fees are required, you will be notified upon completion of your registration.

Who Handles the Reporting of Credits?

Certificates are sent to each attendee who completes a course.  Preferred Systems will report attendee credits to the state agencies, where required.  Some states are self-reporting, requiring attendees to report their own credits.

Can I Charge for the Courses?

While most of our clients do not charge a fee when hosting courses, it is possible to collect a fee using our simple payment integration. We currently integrate with Stripe and Authorize.net.
